Debbee Kirshy is a Senior Escrow Officer with nearly 30 years of experience spanning residential resale, new home transactions, and escrow branch management.

She is a proven leader recognized for successfully managing high-volume desks, overseeing operations, mentoring team members, and maintaining strong compliance standards in fast-paced environments.

Known for her reliability, industry expertise, and ability to build lasting relationships with clients and agents, Debbee began her escrow career with First American Title in 1995, establishing the foundation for her long-standing commitment to excellence. Her strengths include transaction coordination, problem resolution, risk management, and staff development, allowing her to guide transactions smoothly from opening to closing.

Outside of work, Debbee is a proud single mother to her daughter, Charlie, a dedicated student at John Adams Academy with aspirations in nursing. Together, they enjoy staying active, living healthy lifestyles, and spending weekends exploring new adventures.

With 34 years of experience in the Title and Escrow industry, I bring a deep understanding of real estate transactions and a proven track record of success. My career has spanned roles in both outside sales and serving as an Escrow Assistant.

In outside sales, I have cultivated and maintained strong relationships with real estate professionals, and lenders, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs and ensure smooth transactions. As an Escrow Assistant my focus has always been on delivering great service, managing the escrow processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and seamless service .

My extensive knowledge of title and escrow operations, combined with my dedication to providing exceptional customer service, enables me to be a reliable resource and trusted partner in the Real Estate industry.
